Our Philosophy
Veris Partners was founded on a simple observation: compliance programmes fail more often from poor implementation than from poor policy. Regulations are usually well understood; the gap lies in translating them into controls that operational teams can actually sustain.
We work as an extension of our clients' own governance functions rather than as outside auditors passing judgement. Every engagement is led by a partner who remains accountable to the client relationship from initial scoping through to final sign-off, supported by consultants with direct sector experience in banking, insurance, payments and asset management.
Our name reflects that approach. Veris, from the Latin for truth, is a reminder that our value lies in giving clients an accurate, unflattering picture of their control environment — not the version that is easiest to hear.

Veris Partners is headquartered in London, where our advisory and client-relationship partners are based. Delivery work — control testing, documentation, evidence review and audit preparation — is carried out by our regional office in Chișinău, Moldova, staffed by consultants trained to the same methodology and quality standards as the London team.
This structure gives clients senior partner oversight throughout an engagement while keeping delivery costs proportionate, particularly valuable for firms running multi-phase governance or certification programmes.
